Oda a la Tana

Bajo las oscuras vigas del techo
la Tana respira murmullos de Andalucía,
emitiendo olor a ajo en aceite de oliva,
sabores de queso manchego y jamón serrano.

La muralla de vino sirve de altar
con cada botella dedicada a los granadinos,
a quienes nada les gusta más que
el pescaíto frito que crepita.

Tomates gigantescos cuelgan de lianas
sujetas a las vigas de madera oscura,
flotando sobre nuestras cabezas
mientras comemos y bebemos bajo las ramas.

El tiempo como sal, disolviéndose en el aceite.
Una taberna con alma viva de cultura
suspendida entre la memoria y el hambre.
