Submissions Policy
We welcome submissions in English and Spanish from all members of the campus community and the Colleges of the Worcester Consortium. Materials should reflect an interest in Spanish and the range of Hispanic and Latinx cultures.
Written materials should not normally exceed 3500 words. Graphic materials may be submitted in low resolution for consideration, but final submissions should be rendered in high definition (300 dpi).
Original music and video should be submitted in digital formats commonly legible by Mac and Windows computers (e.g. mp3, .mp4, .mov, .avi).
It is presumed that all submissions are original creations, not previously published and not under consideration by another publication. Reprinted works will only be allowed with the express consent of the copyright holder.
All submissions are reviewed by an editorial board consisting of members of Sigma Delta Pi, the Spanish Honor Society at Holy Cross, with help from the Spanish Foreign Language Assistants, under the supervision of a faculty advisor. Materials that are not accepted for publication will not be returned.

Contributors will be notified by email as soon as a decision regarding publication has been made. Those whose submissions are accepted for publication may be required to make revisions before final copy is requested.
